Returns and shipping
Please note that we ensure all items are fit for purchase when packaging your order. If product is faulty because of manufacturing faults, we will try our hardest to replace it. If however you are unhappy with your purchase please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, transaction number, items name/which you have a query and details of why you are unhappy.
If we accept to offer a refund, please send your item back to us within 7 days of receiving it. Must be returned in suitable packaging and in mint condition. Items returned in an unsatisfactory condition will either not be refunded or cost for replenishing them will be deducted from the refund amount.
We offer next day delivery for all our UK customers which sometimes shouldn't take more than 2-3 days for your package to be delivered

International orders takes 5 to 10 working days to arrive after your payment has been confirmed.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received and Shop.Basma.K is satisfied with the integrity of the order.
When we receive your order we'll send you a confirmation email of your purchase. This will contain an invoice number of the item/s and its cost.
